Art Direction, Prop Styling & Design
We create food scenes with a vintage touch, and heavily rely on pre-loved pieces to create the scenes that help bring readers into the world of the food and its story. Our prop styling aesthetic is inspired by global cultures, loads of colour, and beautiful, well-made pieces!

A wonderful local collaboration of recipes and memories from around the world. We were asked to play a major part in the project: from art direction and graphic design of the entire book to prop styling the photoshoots.
“I am so happy how this project turned out. I can’t wait to unleash it into the community.”

Vegan Food Zine
When Tim Drew showed up with a stack of weathered punk zines and a simple challenge “why should great food culture cost a fortune?” we were immediately on board.
His premise is hard to argue with: cookbooks have priced themselves out of reach for the very people who love food most. Tim's answer was a food zine for the people, and he brought us along for the ride. Using the punk zine playbook as our creative brief, we leaned into bold layouts, deliberate imperfection, and the raw energy that basic print technology does best.
In place of slick recipe photography, Tim tapped his incredible network of local illustrators — giving both volumes a community-driven personality no stock library could replicate. Two volumes in, this project remains one of our favourites: proof that the best design work happens when you lead with passion and throw out the rulebook.
